Meatless Monday: Holiday Salad

We've been taste testing for our Christmas menu! At first bite, this salad has won it's invitation to our holiday feast. I can't imagine a better pairing than pear, blue cheese and pomegranates both in taste and presentation for this time of year. I adapted the recipe from Nicole's fall salad which you can find here. The dressing is also especially lovely. What are you serving this holiday season?

Oo that looks divine! I love a new, good salad to try. Haven't decided what dish to make yet for Thanksgiving - perhaps I'll give this a whirl* xx,jane

Looks delicious! I'm becoming more "meat free" these days and love new fun recipes. I will be preparing dessert this year and thought I would go all the way... Nigella Lawson quadruple chocolate loaf cake! Should be good...hope I save room:)
