With housing deadlines looming, searching for a job and checklists galore- I relish the time I dedicate to yoga each week. It is the best way to take care of myself in a stressful time and helps me (try) to embrace the change in my life instead of be anxious about it! I find my quality of life is greatly increased when I commit to the practice of yoga because it is not only physical, but mental. I like to think of it as a moving meditation. In the spirit of good health and embracing life, (what could be a better intention for the upcoming weekend) I thought I’d share a resource where you can learn more about mediation. I’d really like to incorporate more of it into my life, but am not sure how, so I like the downloadable audio files HERE. CALM, or computer assisted learning for your mind, is a free tool that allows you to chose your meditation topic and then download a guided session. Do you have "calm" tools that keep you cool under pressure?

Wishing you a wonderful weekend!
