In the mood for something with a clean and crisp flavor profile, I tried this recipe {minus the chicken and added summer squash} and loved the results. In fact, after a night in the fridge, this dish becomes better; on the second day, the veggies had some time to absorb the asian-based flavors.

I have a version that I love. I'll try to get it on my blog. it has tahini and soy sauce and balsamic etc.
