Crock pot shredded chicken tacos

These are my husband's culinary specialty- crock pot shredded chicken tacos.  While he may not be a whiz in the kitchen, this recipe fools guests every time.
On more than one occasion we've served these for a crowd with excellent results.  The possibilities are endless when it comes to toppings and if you're trying to go carb-less, the filling pairs perfectly with a bed of lettuce.  My favorite part is coming home to a prepared meal!

Shredded Chicken Tacos
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts {you can use frozen and adjust cooking time}*
2 cans of tomatoes with green chilies {or Rotel}
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed*
1 can of corn, drained and rinsed*
1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a crock pot on low for 6+ hours {depending on your chicken} or 4 hours on high.  You'll know when it is done because you'll be able to easily shred the chicken with two forks.

*I used organic ingredients
