Mediterranean Couscous Salad

This recipe is deceptively simple; don't let the ease of preparation fool you, the bright fresh flavors of lemon, basil and cranberry are anything but boring. Pearl-like Israeli couscous makes this dish, but any type of small pasta is delicious. Make this on a summery day and enjoy each spoonful, I know I do each time I make it.
