
I hesitate to share this recipe as it's not much of a recipe at all. We grilled some portobello mushrooms and on the side I served a heaping portion of lemon and pea risotto. Trouble is, I don't really use a recipe for this one... I go with a little bit of this and that until it tastes right. If you want a starting off point, try
this. And make sure to add some good parmesan to the mix!
