This is my first experiment with curry. Thanks to Maria for tipping me off to this perfect wintry weather meal; the combination of noodles with coconut and heat from the curry was very satisfying. Next time, I would use a combination of different types mushrooms {I used only porcini} but this dish seems easily manipulated for personalized results.
