Happy New Year!

Happy New Year, dear readers! As we welcome the new decade, I'm embracing a few resolutions- some of which will involve Pink to Green, and I hope you'll continue to drop by, if you're so inclined. I'm so thankful for all of your comments and the friendships I've made through this venture.

At the top of my list for 2010 is to make an effort to be present in my day-to-day life by being grateful for the little things. A paradigm shift that is so heralded in my yoga classes will be the lens through which I hope to view the coming year (and beyond). Taking time to smell the roses, appreciating a home cooked meal, making healthy decisions and enjoying good company are the things that make it all worth while. I'm planning to take Pink to Green along on the journey; continuing to enjoy learning little ways to go green will surely be highlighted, however not exclusively.

The beautiful photo above, by Roland Bello, really speaks to my goal. The woman in green looks so serene and radiant. She is breathing in the sensory elements of the moment and enjoying life. With closed eyes and what seems to be a deep olfactory scan, she is peaceful among the delights of a dinner party. I love the unwritten message of this image and hope to take it will me into the new year, perhaps you will to?

Looking forward to sharing with you the things that make me stop to pause--- wishing you a wonderful and blessed 2010!!

Xx, Megan
